  • All bathroom counters & fixtures (hand-wiped)

  • Change linens (if clean sheets are out)

Kitchen

  • Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped)
  • Exterior of all kitchen appliances
  • Interior of Oven/Refrigerator (upon request only)
  • Stovetop scrubbed
  • Microwave inside & out
  • All Cabinet fronts (hand-wiped or washed)
  • Counter tops & backsplashes (washed)
  • All sinks & faucets (scrubbed/disinfected)

Move-in/out clean (vacant home)

  • Refrigerator & Freezer (interior)
  • Oven (interior)
  • Kitchen & Bathroom cabinets & drawers (interior)
  • Glass Patio Doors (inside & out)
  • Closets (interior)
  • Windows -reachable w/ 1ft step stool (interior only)

We do not

  • Clean/ Shampoo carpet
  • Clean Chandeliers
  • Provide stain removal (includes hard water stains)
  • Wash walls (we spot clean only)
  • Clean exterior of windows
  • Wash/Clean Blinds (we dust only)
  • Remove Paint
  • Service outdoor areas
  • Clean Animal waste or litter
  • Move or lift heavy items
  • Service pet beds, cat trees, pet crates etc.
  • Provide service after insect or rodent extermination

All rooms (including hallways & stairs)

  • Ceiling fan blades (hand-wiped)
  • Light fixtures (hand-wiped in place, not removed)
  • Cobwebs removed
  • Spot clean walls (not responsible for paint removal)
  • Window sills, & lock ledges
  • Spot clean interior of windows only (in closed/lock position)
  • Glass Patio Doors – inside & out (upon request only)
  • Blinds & shutters (dusted only, blades are not individually wiped)
  • Moldings & woodwork (hand-wiped)
  • Baseboards
  • Lamps & lampshades
  • Pictures & knick-knacks
  • Furniture w/4legs (hand-wiped fronts, sides, legs)
  • All Doors & around knobs (hand-wiped)
  • Light switch plates (hand-wiped)
  • All garbage cans (emptied/exterior hand-wiped/relined)
  • Stairs & Railings (vacuumed, and hand-wiped w/ Bona)
  • Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped w/ Bona)
  • Vacuum carpets and rugs

  • Mirrors cleaned
  • Light organizing of items on all horizontal surfaces

Garage Cleaning

General Cleaning

  • Sweep and vacuum floors
  • Remove cobwebs
  • Dust shelves, surfaces, and storage units
  • Wipe down walls, doors, and baseboards
  • Clean windows (inside the garage)

Decluttering & Organization

  • Sort items into keep / donate / sell / trash categories
  • Bag and remove trash
  • Break down and dispose of cardboard boxes
  • Organize tools, sports gear, seasonal items, and household supplies
  • Set up labeled bins or storage systems (if provided by the client)

Deep Cleaning

  • Pressure wash floors (quick add-on)
  • Degrease oil stains (quick add-on)
  • Clean and sanitize workbenches 
  • Wipe down appliances (freezers, extra fridges, etc.)

Pest & Safety Checks

  • Inspect for signs of pests
  • Clean up any rodent droppings safely
